| The apartment complex |
The foundation stone for the apartment complex was laid in November 2004. The successful completion of the entire complex could already be celebrated in April 2005. The apartment complex consists of four identical holiday houses, and was 4-star certified by the German Tourism Association in June 2005. The certification has been reconfirmed in January 2008. Each of the four holiday apartments in every house has a size of 60m². 
The large and secluded site offers the best conditions for a relaxing holiday and is also a good starting point for your leisure time on the island of Ruegen. In addition, you and your family find two spacious barbecue areas with seating and a small playground within the complex. Your children can count on a spacious plot in any steam while you enjoy the tranquility. In one house there is a separate room, accessible to all guests where you can do your laundry for a small fee. From spring until late autumn of the year, we are always on the spot, but otherwise there is always a contact person for you. |
